摘要
文章以氧化铝和粉煤灰粉末为基料,以碳粉为造孔剂,并添加适量粘结剂、分散剂和稳定剂等助剂,用粉末烧结法研制粉煤灰泡沫陶瓷。通过对制品表观密度、开口孔隙率、吸水率等性能的测试,分析了粉煤灰及碳粉掺量对制性能的影响,并确定了其最佳掺量。
The fly ash foam ceramic can be made by adding proper fly ash and addition agents such as foaming agent, stabilizing agent and so on. The influence of the foaming agent and fly ash on the quality of foam ceramic was analyzed through their related properties such as apparent density, open pore porosity, water absorption and so on. It is found that by adding proper fly ash and foaming agent, the better quality foam ceramic can be made.
