摘要
本文以金属醇盐和无机盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸铅陶瓷纤维。溶胶的质量对钛酸铅陶瓷纤维的好坏起着决定性的作用,本文通过XRD、SEM方法研究了浓度对溶胶的稳定性、产物的组成及纤维形貌的影响,综合考虑选择出了最适合的浓度。
Lead titanate (PbTiO3) ceramic fibers were fabricated by the sol-gel method by using tetrabty titanate and lead acetate as precursors.The quality of lead titanate ceramic fibers were good or bad would be directly linked to the sol quality.In the experiment, the effects of concentration on the stability of sol, the morphology and compositions of the products were mainly studied, and finally we get the optimum amount.
