摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对非啮合双螺杆挤出机螺纹元件中的牛顿流体等温流动进行了三维模拟分析。在得出速度场和压力场的基础上 。
Isothermal flow analysis of Newtonian fluid in common flight elements of a non intermeshing counter rotating twin screw extruder is concerned. Both the matched and staggered screw configurations are considered. Three dimensional flow simulations of the flight element are performed by FEM package, ANSYS. Based on the computed pressure and velocity profile, the effect of different geometrical variables and operational conditions on the pumping characteristic and mixing capabilities of the extruder are analyzed.
