摘要
分别采用低过饱和度法、高过饱和度法和水热法合成了NiCoLaPr类水滑石,同时用XRD、H2-TPR、C2H5OH-TPD、TPO等考察了制备方法对NiCoLaPr类水滑石和相应衍生复合氧化物的晶相结构及衍生复合氧化物催化性能。结果表明,水热法制备的NiCoLaPr类水滑石结晶度较高、晶体结构较完整,其衍生复合氧化物催化乙醇水蒸气重整中表现出了较高的活性、H2选择性和抗积炭性,在450℃时C2H5OH的转化率为100%,H2、CO2和CO选择性分别为80.56%,95.35%和4.56%。
NiCoLaPr hydrotalcite-like compounds was synthesized by PLS, PHS and hydrothermal method. At the same time, the crystal structure and catalytic performance of ethanol vapor reforming production hydrogen reaction of NiCoPrLa hydrotalcite were characterized by XRD, H2-TPR, C2 Ha OH-TPD, TPO. Hydrothermal preparation of samples can form higher crystallinity and relative- ly complete crystal structure. The derived composite oxides catalytic steam reforming of ethanol showed higher activity, H2 selectivity and resistance to carbon deposition. Conversion rate of ethanol was 100% at 450 ℃, and the selectivity of H2, CO2 and CO were 80.56%, 95.35% and 4.56% re- spectively.
