摘要
针对矿井输送机纵向撕裂检测方面的难点,即检测过程中漏检或者误检的概率比较高,提出了一种新型的检测方案。该检测方案通过在输送机输送带内部置入双环导线回路,并依据电磁感应原理得到检测信号,最后交由单片机对信息进行处理分析。由于导线内嵌于输送带内部,电磁感应的非接触方式,使该检测方案能够有效地减小外部干扰,达到提高检测精度的效果。
In order to solve the problem of detecting longitudinal tearing of conveyer in mine, which is that the probability of omission or error is relatively high in the detection process, this paper introduces a new detection technology. We get the detecting signal by the electromagnetic induction of the bicycle-wire loop in the conveyor belt. The new detection is convenient for the application in mine because of its non-contact way. By the signal process, we can effectively reduce the external interference and improve the accuracy of detection.
