奶牛乳房炎分离大肠杆菌的耐药性及脉冲场凝胶电泳分型研究 被引量:10

Resistant Analysis and PFGE Profiles of the Escherichia coli Isolated from Bovine Mastitis

摘要 为了解宁夏地区奶牛乳房炎分离大肠杆菌的耐药表型及同源性特征,本试验采用肉汤微量稀释法测定了16种抗菌药物对66株奶牛乳房炎分离大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),同时进行了脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分子分型研究。结果显示,66株大肠杆菌对氨苄西林、链霉素、四环素、多西环素、头孢菌素类抗生素和磺胺甲氧嘧啶的耐药率都比较高,而对阿米卡星、卡那霉素、多粘菌素、氟苯尼考及喹诺酮类药物则比较敏感。分离菌株最多耐受15种药,且主要以8耐、5耐和7耐为主。66株大肠杆菌中有54株能被PFGE分型,可分为A-a 27个型。分型结果显示,宁夏地区的奶牛场分离的菌株之间既存在垂直传播也存在水平传播,同一养殖场不同奶牛之间和不同养殖场的奶牛之间存在多重耐药大肠杆菌的克隆传播。 In order to know the antimicrobial resistance and homology features of bovine E. coli in Ningxia, MIC of 17 antibiotics to 66 Escherichia coli was performed using broth microdilution method in vitro. And Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) molecular typing studies were carried out. The results showed that E. coli resistance is relatively high for Ampicillin, Steptomycin, Tetracycline, Doxycline, Ce- fazolin and Sulfamonomethoxine, but it is sensitive to other drugs such as Kanamycin, Amikacin, Colis- tin, Florfenicol. The isolates tolerated up to 15 kinds of drugs, and the main resistance spectrum is 8, 5 and 7 kinds of drugs. 54 of 66 E. eoli can be typed by PFGE and they were divided into A-a 27 genotypes. The conclusion was that vertical transmission and horizontal transmission are both existed among isolated strains of dairy in Ningxia. And there was clone spread of multidrug-resistant E. Coli both different cows of the same farm and the different dairies.
