摘要
随着科学技术的发展,物联网成为了煤矿企业现代化生产的一个标志型技术。文中提出了一种基于物联网技术的矿井瓦斯爆炸动态安全预警系统,为煤矿企业的井下生产提供了新的方案和工艺。该系统融合了物联网技术、安全预警技术、煤矿安全技术和复杂施工技术。动态预警系统采用应用层、传输层、感知层三层架构,可实现专家控制、瓦斯灾难预防、矿井安全数据共享、环境检测报警等功能。结合了现有矿井工业以太网资源,解决了矿井基础设施协同管理和控制、电气机械设备管理、人员定位以及复杂环境监测等问题,为煤矿企业的安全生产保驾护航。
With the development of science and technology, Internet has become the colliery enterprise modernization production is a hallmark of technology.This paper presents a method based on Internet of things technology of mine gas explosion dynamic security early warning system for coal mine underground production, provides a new solution and process.The system integration of the Internet of things technology, safety early warning technology of coal mine safety technology, and complex construction technology.Dynamic early warning system using the application layer, transport layer, the perception layer three layer architecture, can realize the expert control, gas disaster prevention, safety data sharing, environmental detection and alarm function.Combined with the existing mine industrial denied Ethernet resources, solve the mine infrastructure management and control, electrical machinery and equipment management, personnel positioning and complex environmental monitoring and other issues, for coal mine production safety escort.
