摘要
矿藏资源的所有权归国家所有,所以各地的矿藏资源必须按照法律规定实施开采行为。文章着重分析了采煤权和采气权两大法律关系体系,从其具体内容入手,阐述出2种相邻权限间的关系,并给出了相应建设性意见。
Because of the ownership of mineral resources owned by the state, so the mineral resources exploitation behavior must be carried out in accordance with the law. This paper focuses on the analysis of the mining right and mining right legal relationship system of gas two, starting from the specific content, focusing on two adjacent authority relations, and give constructive suggestions.
