氨基胍在视神经损伤中的作用家兔实验观察

摘要 目的观察视神经损伤后氨基胍与神经节细胞凋亡的关系。方法取健康大白兔44只,随机分为三组,对照组(A组)4只,损伤盐水组(B组)20只,损伤药物治疗组(C组)20只,B、C二组兔子双眼作视神经损伤模型后,C组给予氨基胍药物治疗,剂量每只兔子100mg/kg,2次/d,B组相同时间给予生理盐水10ml/kg。分别于造模后第一、三、七、十四、二十一天处死A组4只兔子,随机处死B组4只兔子,C组4只兔子,检测凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞数,观察神经节细胞病理形态学变化。结果视神经损伤后盐水组(B组)凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞显著多于对照组(A组),治疗组(C组)凋亡的视网膜神经节细胞数明显低于盐水组(B组),且差异有统计学意义。结论氨基胍可减少外伤后视网膜神经节细胞的凋亡,保护视神经。
