摘要
目的探讨翼状胬肉切除术后出现的少见并发症的临床表现、原因及治疗方法。方法采用胬肉切除联合结膜瓣移植术。结果共有37只眼术后出现不同形式的并发症:表现为干眼症、种植性肉芽肿增生、胬肉再复发、青光眼大发作、角膜溃疡合并虹膜炎、角膜溃疡合并前房积脓、移植结膜脱落、内斜视性复视、巩膜局限性变薄坏死。我们及时采取相应药物及手术等治疗措施,结果满意。结论回顾总结所见的诸类并发症并不多见,但有各自特点。术前须对病例进行个体差异分析,采取个性化手术,术中精细规范操作,术后合理的用药顺序及用药技巧,可有效减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations, causes and treatments of various rare complica- tions after operations of pterygium. Methods An excision with conjunctival flap transplantation was adopt- ed. Results A total of 37 eyes appear different forms of post- operational complications, included dry eyes, planting granuloma hyperplasia, useful again big attack, glaucoma, corneal ulcer recurrence com- bined iritis, corneal ulcer With anterior chamber empyema, conjunctiv.~! transplantation, esotropia diplopia, sclera thinning necrotic limitations. We promptly took appropriate treatment measures such as drugs and i surgery, the results were satisfied. Conclusions This review can see the kind of compli＇cation does not see more, but have their own characteristics. Preoperative on case analysis of individual differences, adopt per- sonalized surgery, intraoperative careful specification operation, postoperative reasonable medication order and use skills can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
