摘要
本文报告二毫新蚤Neopsylla biseta一新亚种二毫新蚤碧江亚种N.biseta bijiangensis ssp.n.,首次记述二毫新蚤绒鼠亚种新组合N:biseta eleusina(Li,1980)comb.n.的雄性,并重新描述二毫新蚤指名亚种N.biseta biseta Li et Hsieh,1964的雌性。
Neopsylla biseta was described by Li Kuei-chen and Xie Bao-qi (Hsieh Pao-chi) in 1964 based a single male from Zhongdian, Yunnan, China. The author (Xie) et al. (1979) described the female of N. biseta based on 1 male and 2 females from Bijiang, 1 male from Jian-chuan, all from Yunnan. Hereafter, the authors et al. collected a lot of specimen of this species of both sexes again from four counties of West Yunnan, namely Lijiang, Jianchuan, Dali and Gongshan. Lately, after a careful study of all specimens of N. bisetr, the authors consider that as a matter of fact the specimens collected from Bijiang should be a new sub-pecies of N. biseta, and that the specimens coileted from Gongshan has been described and named N. ekusina by Professor Li Kuei-chen in 1980 based on a single female from Gongshan County should be a subspecies. of N: biseta, hence N, ekusina. should be N. biseta ekusina (Li, 1980), comb. n.This paper describes N. biseta bijiangensis ssp. n. and the male of N. biseta elcttsina (Li, 1980), redescribes the female of N, biseta btseta Li et Hsieh, 1964. Neopsylla biseta biseta Li et Hsieh, 1964(figs. 1-5)The female of N. biseta biseta in that the bristles of inner side of hind coxa near apex not spiniforms, and the spinelets of t. 1-Ⅴ of abdomen rather less, is allied to N. hanora Jordan, 1932 but distinguishable by the following characters: 1) the posterior margin of st. Ⅶ with a dorsal loble protruded, its apex very sharp; 2) the apex of st. Length: 2.2-2.7 mm in male; 2.4-2.9mm in female. Neopsylla biseta eleusina (Li, 1980) comb. n. (figs. 6-10)The diagnostic differences between the male of N. biseta eleusina and other two subspecies, N. biseta biseta and N. biseta biiiangensis are shown in table 1.Specimens examined. 3 males (one of which is designated as allotype) off Eothenomys eleusina, 1 male and 4 female off Apodemus draco orester collected from Gaoligong Mountain (the elevations about 2200-3200 m) in October to November, 1985. Length: 2.5-2.6 mm in male; 2.5-2.8 mm in female. Neopsylla btseta bijiangensis ssp. n. (figs. 12-16)The diagnostic differences between the N.biseta bijiangensis and other two subspecies, N. biieta biseta and N. biseta eleusina are shown in table 1.Specimens examined. Holotype male, allotype female off Apodemus draco orester, para-type 1 female off Neoletracus sinensis, collected from Bilouxue Mountain (the elevations about 3000-3200 m), Bijiang County. Length: 2.8 mm in male; 2.7-3.1 mm in female.All types of the above three subspecies are deposited in the Research Institute of Epidemic Diseases of Yunnan Province.
