摘要
以山梨醇类成核剂S20为α成核剂分别与3种β成核剂TMB-5,HHPA-Ba,PA-03复合得到复合成核剂,建立了成核剂含量与ΔTCp(ΔTCp为成核等规聚丙烯(iPP)结晶峰值温度与非成核iPP结晶峰值温度的差值)的关系曲线,考察了复合成核剂对iPP力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过成核剂含量与ΔTCp的关系曲线可确定复合成核剂的最佳配比;以S20为α成核剂制备复合成核剂时,复合成核剂的总含量以大于0.10%(w)(基于iPP的质量)为宜;确立复合成核剂最佳配比的实验方法适用于以S20为α成核剂的α/β复合成核剂体系;当成核剂以最佳配比复合时,成核iPP的刚性和韧性可同时提高。
The effects of three a/β composite nucleating agents(NAs), including S20/TMB-5, S20/HHPA-Ba and S20/PA-03, on the mechanical properties of isotactic polypropylene(iPP) were investigated. To determine the optimal ratio of the a/β NAs, a method based on the relationships between the NA contents and ATcp (the difference between crystallization peak temperatures of nucleated and non-nucleated iPP) were established. The results showed that when S20 was used as a/β NA, the appropriate dosage of the a/β composite NAs should be higher than 0.10% (w). The proposed method was suitable for any kinds of a/J3 composite NAs based on S20 as the u NA. With an optimized ratio, a/β composite NAs can improve both the rigidity and toughness of nucleated iPE
