摘要
针对汽车备件库存管理工作,指出汽车备件库存控制的意义和重要性,并从采购管理对汽车备件库存控制决策的影响分三个方面探讨,达到对汽车备件库存进行有效控制和科学管理。
Aiming at the auto spare parts inventory management, the paper points out the significance and importance of auto spare parts inventory, and discusses the effect on control decision for automobile spare parts inventory based on purchasing management through three aspects. Thus the stock of auto spare parts can be reasonably, scientifically and effectively con- trolled and managed.
