摘要
本文报道采自福州市郊鳝溪的一新种蚋,福州蚋Simulium(Simulium)fuzhouense sp.nov.,对其雌、雄、蛹和幼虫的形态进行描述,同时列表与一产自台湾的近似种吴风蚋Simulium ufengense Takaoka,1979进行了比较。
This paper deals with a new species of Simulium from Fujian, China, the mature and immature stages of Simulium fuzhouense sp. nov. are described. This species is similar to Si-mulium ufengense Takaoka 1979 from Wu Feng Cataract, Taiwan Province, but can be distinguished chiefly by: (1) the anterior margin of the horn-like protuberance of style with stout teeth, (2) paramere with several stout and minute parameral hooks, (3) head of pupa with circular tubercles, (4) thoracic trichomes with 8 pairs dorsally, (5) tergum 7 with several stoutspines directed posteriorly.Holotype ♂, allotype ♀, paratypes 3♂♂, 5 pupae and 5 larvae were taken from a smallstream of the suburb of Fuzhou City. All the type specimens are deposited in the Department of Parasitology, Fujian Medical College.
