摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤内服治疗麦默通术后皮下瘀血的疗效。方法:选择2011年2月-2012年6月行麦默通微创旋切术的患者,并于术后出现瘀血的52例患者分为两组,每组26例。对照组单纯的包扎48 h,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上服用血府逐瘀汤治疗。结果:治疗组皮肤瘀肿消失时间、疼痛消失时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减内服能够减轻麦默通术后皮下瘀血疼痛,淡化皮肤青紫。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on subcutaneous congestion concomi- tant with mammotome minimally invasive technique. Methods ：52 cases of subcutaneous congestion concomitant with mammotome minimally invasive technique were divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in control group were bandaged 48 hours only,patients in treatment group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with bandage. Results ：The effective ratio of treatment group was higher than that of control group. Compared with control group,the duration of subcutaneous congestion and pain was shorten in treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective in relieving pain and ecchymosis symptoms of subcutaneous congestion concomitant with mammotome minimally invasive technique.
