摘要
为解决原有的风洞试验人工调度模式存在的安全隐患问题,设计和研制一套自动化试验调度系统。该系统结合高速风洞试验场所分散的实际情况,采用NI公司基于以太网的分布式模块作为现场信息采集设备,使用科研主干网作为信息通道,以网络服务器作为试验信息和调度的统一发布平台。应用结果表明:该系统实现了高速风洞试验调度的自动化,保障了风洞运行的安全,实现了风洞试验运行信息的实时发布,优化了风洞试验流程,取得了满意的效果。
To eliminate the potential risk of the former manual test scheduling mode, a new automated test schedule system is developed. Considering the dispersive locations of high speed wind tunnels, the distributed modules of National Instruments based on Ethernet are adopted as data acquisition devices, the intranet is a- dopted as information channels, and the Web server is adopted as an universal platform for test information and test schedule release. The application results show that satisfying effects are gained by using this new system, which coukl realize the automation of test schedule, ensure the running safety of wind tunnels, realize the real- time release of test information, and optimize the test process.
