摘要
目的探讨针灸配合中药治疗胃痛的临床疗效。方法对77例胃痛肝气犯胃证患者采用针灸配合中药治疗,分析该治疗方案的临床效果。结果针药结合治疗组,总有效率92.3%,而针灸治疗组及中药治疗组总有效率分别为70%和72.2%。结论针灸结合中药治疗胃痛肝气犯胃证患者有较好的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of acupuncture combining with internal and external appli- cation of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gastralgia. Methods Seventy - seven patients with treatment were administered with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and the clinical effect of treatment was analyzed. Results A- mong 39 patients of treatment group of acupuncture rate combined with medicine 20 cases were cured, 9 cases improved, 7 ca- ses valid and 3 cases invalid, effective was 92.3%. The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control groups （acupuncture treatment and Chinese medicine treatment group）. Conclusion Acupuncture combining with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gastralgia was remarkable.
