摘要
为了解决由于工业窑炉复杂燃烧过程不确定性所导致的控制难题,提出了一种仿人智能的融合控制策略。分析了燃烧过程的控制论特性,总结了传统控制策略存在的问题,基于控制策略对比研究,并针对燃烧过程特性,设计和构造了控制算法。以二阶滞后过程为例进行的仿真对比试验结果显示,所设计控制算法鲁棒性强,动、静态特性良好,该融合控制策略可完全满足用户在控制品质上对炉温控制系统的要求。
In order to solve the control difficulties caused by the uncertainly of complicated combustion process of industrial kiln, the humanoid intelligent fusion control strategy is proposed. The cybernetic characteristics of combustion process are analyzed, and the problems existing in traditional control strategies are summarized. Based on comparative study upon the control strategies, in accordance with the features of combustion process, the control algorithm is designed and constructed. With the second order lag process as example, the results of simulated comparative experiment verifies that the control algorithm designed possesses good robustness and excellent dynamic and static characteristics, and the fusion control strategy fully meets the requirements of users upon control quality of the furnace temperature control system.
