摘要
针对现场总线技术在实际的自动化控制系统应用中所暴露出来的不足,采用工业以太网替代现场总线,对应用于化工领域的综合自动化系统进行了设计与应用探讨。结合具体的化工生产工艺流程分析了综合自动化平台的设计内容,探讨了其网络架构和系统功能,提出了综合自动化平台软硬件的具体实现方案。实际应用结果验证了该综合自动化平台的正确性、可行性及可靠性,表明工业以太网在分布式自动化控制领域有着广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the deficiencies exposed in applications of fieldbus technology in practical automation control system, by replacing the fieldbus with industrial Ethernet, the integrated automation system applied in chemical industries is designed and explored. The design contents of the integrated automation platform are analyzed by combining specific chemical productive process; and the network framework and the systematic functions are investigated, thus concrete implementing strategy of the hardware and software of the integrate automation platform is proposed. The practical application result verifies the correctness, feasibility and reliability of the platform; this indicates that industrial Ethernet possesses broad applicable prospects in distributed automation control field.
