摘要
传承与保护盖瓦洒"哑巴会",在非物质文化遗产保护与旅游开发过程中,需遵循节日文化本真性、整体性、可持续性的原则,确保节日组织者与传承者的主体地位。其次,发挥政府在节日中的作用,为当地民族民俗文化的发展搭建平台。作为当地文化持有者则需提高文化自觉的意识,强化自身节日文化的认同。
The inheritance and protection of the Dumb Festival in the process of intangible cultural heritage development should be in conformity with the festival culture in terms of authenticity, integrity and sustainability, ensuring the subject position of both the organizers and the inheritors. As an important role of the festival, the local government can provide a favorable platform for the local folk culture development. The local culture practitioners should improve themselves in cultural awareness and identity.
