自身免疫性肝炎合并先天性脾缺如1例 被引量：1

摘要 自身免疫性肝炎（autoimmune hepatitis，AIH）是一种病因未明的慢性进行性炎症性肝病[1]。先天性脾缺如是指先天性脾脏发育不全或无脾，非常少见，常伴有心血管畸形及内脏位置异常。自身免疫性肝炎合并先天性脾缺如临床上非常罕见，国内外鲜有报道。本院收治1例自身免疫性肝炎合并先天性脾缺如患者，现报告如下。
