摘要
目的观察母婴同室床旁护理模式在产科临床的应用效果。方法选取398对住院母婴,分别采用母婴同室床旁护理模式(试验组)199对,传统方式护理(对照组)199对。比较两组产妇对知识的了解程度、护理效果和满意度。结果实验组的满意人数为193例(96.98%),对照组仅有138例(69.34%),χ2=5.02,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组在护理技能掌握程度、健康知识掌握程度方面均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.27,χ2=6.21,P<0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理能提高母亲对育儿知识的了解,为出院以后能继续科学育儿打下了良好基础。
Objective To study the effect of rooming-in bedside care in obstetrics. Methods 398 mothers and infants were selected and divided into two groups （199 cases each）. Patients of test group received rooming-in bedside care model, and control group received traditional way of nursing. Maternal degree of understanding of knowledge and nursing effect in two groups were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared and, there was obvious difference between two groups. Number of the satisfaction of test group was 193 cases, with a ratio 96.98%, while only 138 eases in control group and the ratio was 69.34~, and the difference was statistically significant（zz~ 5.02, P~ 0.05） ; Also, degree of mastering nursing skills in test group, and degree of mastering heahh knowledge were significantly higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （X^2 = 5.27, P〈0.05;X^2= 6.21, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rooming-in bedside care of mothers and infants can improve the understanding of parenting knowledge of the mother, and can lay a solid foundation for continuing to discharge scientific parenting later.
