摘要
煤矿企业安全文化建设水平的高低决定着煤炭企业的整体形象,加强煤矿企业安全文化建设是提升职工思想境界的前提,是企业生存发展和可持续发展的需要。推进煤矿企业安全文化建设应采取多种对策。坚持党管安全是煤矿企业安全文化建设的基本前提和重要保证;完善安全生产管理制度是安全文化建设取得实效的关键;强化安全教育培训是推动整体安全文化建设的重要手段;科技进步是煤矿企业安全文化建设的有力杠杆。
The level of safety cuhure construction of coal mine enterprise defines the integral image of coal mine enterprise. Strengthening the construction of coal mine enterprise culture is the premise to raise all the members＇ ideological realm, and the need of survival and sustainable development. The principle of charging safety work by CPC committee is the basic precondition of coal mine enterprise safety culture construction. The key lies in perfecting safety production administration system. , strengthening safety training and education to promote the overall safety culture construction which is supported by the progress in science and technology.
