摘要
在中国经济发展的过程中,海洋经济在GDP增长权重中所占比例逐年攀升,凸显出海洋经济对我国经济发展的重要地位,也同时凸显出海洋经济学的理论价值。然而,因海洋经济学的理论框架过多地依赖于经济学的研究方法和理论假设,与经济学同样在生态维度上存在缺陷。这大大削弱了其理论的可靠性和解释力。拟通过对海洋经济发展绩效评价中嵌入生态指标,并同时通过海洋人文意识强化、海洋管理制度强化以及涉海产权明晰界定等方面的配合,对海洋经济学的方法论予以修正。
In the process of China＇ s economy development, the status of ocean economy becomes more and more important in the production of GDP, which draw much attention by ocean economies simultaneously. However, the methodology of ocean eco- nomics mostly depends on the framework of economics. So, there is some ecological absence in ocean economics as same as the cri- sis of economics, which would weaken its credibility and dependability. In order to optimize the methodology of ocean economics, the ecological index should be added in the evaluative system of ocean economy and the literal consciousness of ocean should be strengthened. The ocean management policy and the ocean property right is clearly defined.
