用盐酸及P_(204)回收铅烟灰中铟的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 用盐酸浸取铅烟灰,铟的浸取率大于90%,浸取温度355K,浸取时间4h,再用P204萃取,用盐酸反萃,萃余液再用铅烟灰沉铟后送氯化锌车间。经一年多的生产实践,工艺技术可行,铟的回收率大于80%,铋的回收率大于90%。 Leaching the lead ash by hydrochloric acid, indium leaching rate is greater than 90%, leaching temperature is 355 K, Leaching for 4 h, then extracting the lead ash by P204 , and back extracting it by hy- drochloric acid, extraction raffinate is sent to the zinc chloride workshop after precipitating indium. Pro- duction practicing more than one year shows that the technology is available , the recovery rate of indium is greater than 80%, bismuth recovery is more than 90%.
