摘要
中国农村土地制度改革深化是在国家政策微调与农户利益最大化之间进行的。基于农业地租市场化视角,可能有助于揭示深化农村土地制度改革的内在景象与规律性变化。国内研究文献综述发现,整个农村土地改革的主线始终与其农业地租的市场变化密切相关。它们是在制度层面的试错改革,在制度缺失中,试图找到政策稳定与市场化搞活之间的动态平衡。国外研究更加关注的是,中国农村土地制度变革决定国家政体稳定性与生产力发展的质量问题。故将研究聚焦在产权激励、制度变迁、政策寻租和利益主体博弈方面。尽管如此,农业地租市场化的机理形成与不同样本的定量测度研究仍未破题。
China＇s rural land system reform deepening is carrying between the maximization of national policy adjustments and the interests of the farmers. Based on the perspective of agricultural land rent mar- ket, inner vision and rules may help reveal the deepening of the reform of rural land system changes. We found, changes in the market the main clue of rural land reform was always closely related with agricultural rent. They were at the institution level of trial and error in the system reform, deletion, and trying to find the dynamic balance between policy stability and marketization and. Study abroad is more concerned, changes of rural land system in China to determine the quality of national regime stability and development of the pro- ductive forces. The research focused on property rights, institution, policy rent and interest game. However, the mechanism of agricultural land rent market formation and quantitative measurement of different samples have not started.
