摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇(F-6)、NaHSO3为原料,合成封端型水性聚氨酯(WPU),并用KH-550对其进行有机硅改性,探讨最佳改性工艺.将改性后的封端型WPU用于织物的抗皱、抗起毛起球整理,并对织物进行SEM扫描,结果显示所得WPU的应用性能较好.
Blocked WPU was synthesized using toluene diisocyanate ester （TDI）, polyether polyol （F-6） and NariS03 as main raw materials. KH-550 was used to silicone-modify WPU and the optimal modification process was discussed. The modified blocked WPU was used in wrinkle resistant and anti-pilling finish of fab- ric. SEM results showed that the modified blocked WPU had good application performance.
