慈姑叶片结构的光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

Observation of Leaf Structure of Chinese Arrowhead(Sagittaria trifolia L.)by Using Optical Microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope

摘要 在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下,对慈姑异形叶——沉水叶、浮叶和挺水叶叶表皮特征及解剖结构进行了观察。观察结果显示,沉水叶气孔量少且闭合,有大量气腔,仅由几层细胞构成,结构简单,机械组织不发达;浮叶和挺水叶都有较多开放气孔,具有完整的栅栏组织、海绵组织、疏导组织和机械组织,但浮叶气孔不规则,表面蜡质颗粒多,挺水叶气孔器大小一致,蜡质颗粒少。慈姑沉水叶到挺水叶的结构变化反映了植物对环境的适应性,体现了沉水植物到陆生植物的发育过程。 In the paper,we studied the anatomical structure and epidermal characteristics of three different ecological leaves(submerged,floating and emergent leaves)of Chinese arrowhead(Sagittaria tfffolia L.)by using optical microscope(LM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that,the submerged leaves had relatively simple structure,with small and closed stomata.The floating leaves and emergent leaves had similar epidermal characteristics and anatomical structure,but there were still some differences in the stomata structure.The floating leaves had irregular stomata with different sizes,and there were more wax particles on the surface.The emergent leaves developed well,and had consistent size stomata with less waxy particles.The structure changes of the three different leaves reflected the adaptation of plants to their environment and explained the leaf evolution from submerged plants to terrestrial plants.
