摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病皮肤溃疡并感染的护理方法。方法:对30例糖尿病皮肤溃疡并感染的护理过程进行回顾性分析,总结银离子藻酸盐抗菌敷料治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡并感染的护理方法。结果:经过积极治疗和系统护理,18例治愈,9例缓解,3例未愈。结论:糖尿病患者皮肤溃疡并感染在综合治疗的基础上及时应用银离子藻酸盐抗菌敷料局部治疗与加强护理能取得满意效果。
Objective To investigate the infection of diabetic skin ulcer and nursing methods.Methods 30 cases of diabetic skin ulcer and in fection of nursing process were retrospectively analyzed,summed up the silver ion dressing in the treatment of diabetic skin ulcer and infec tion of nursing method.Results after active treatment and nursing,18cases were cured,9cases of remission.3cases healed Conclusion diabetic skin ulcer and infection on the foundation of comprehensive treatment and application of silver ion antibacterial alginate dressing topical treatment and nursing can achieve satisfactory effect.
