摘要
职业学校教师队伍建设对职业教育的发展起着重要作用,中职教师的能力和素质水平,直接影响着中职教育的质量。本研究以一所普通职业高中为研究对象,采用案例研究和定量研究的方式,对该校师资队伍建设情况进行了细致的调查研究,通过了解该校教师的基本情况及其反映出共性问题,对中职师资队伍建设提出建议与意见。
The construction of teachers in occupation school plays an important role in occupation education, while vocational school teacher＇s ability and quality will influence the quality of medium vocational education. This research takes a common vocational higher school as the object of study and makes a deep investigation and research for status of teacher in this school by case study and quantitative study. And it proposes some suggestions and ideas on the construction of teachers in occupation schools through understanding base conditions of teachers and some common problems in it.
