摘要
基于近几年个别企业陷入困境引发局部性的担保链风险案例分析,从永嘉金融工作实践出发,总结困难企业风险化解和资产处置的成功经验,探讨个案性乃至局部性金融风险防范和化解的对策思路。
Based on the analysis of cases that individual companies are in trouble caused by partial risk guarantee chain, according to practice of Yongjia financial work, the author summarizes successful experience on difficult enterprise risk mitigation and asset disposition, and discusses different countermeasures to the case and even partial guard against and defuse financial risks.
