摘要
分析了液压刹车活门的结构、工作机理和性能参数,进行了液压刹车活门检测装置的液压原理设计和工装设计,可以进行液压刹车活门的顶杆行程、顶杆操纵力、输出压力、流阻和灵敏度的测量,满足了液压刹车活门的测试要求。
In the paper, the structure, working principles and performance parameters of hydraulic brake valve are introduced. Hydraulic principle of the testing equipment and the fixing part of the hydraulic brake valve are designed. The equipment can be used for testing post rod travel, operating force, fluid resistance and sensitivity, and be content with the testing requirements of hydraulic brake valve.
