摘要
教学中学生之间的差异是客观存在的现象 ,表现在教学的各个环节、各个方面。但现实的教育教学活动中由于班级授课制的制约 ,学生的差异被有意无意地忽视了。这与促进全体学生的全面发展的素质教育要求是相背的。因此 ,教学活动要面对学生的客观差异有针对性的采取措施 。
There are differences between the students is an objective phenomenon during the course of teaching, which is mainly shown in every links and aspects of teaching. However, in the reality of educational and teaching activities, owing to the restriction of the teaching system, which is on the scale of a class, the differences between the students have been neglected no matter whether it is done purposely or not. This has obviously violated the requirement of the quality education, which aims at the promotion of the students comprehensive development. Therefore, the teaching activities should take the students differences into consideration and make corresponding adjustments, thus promoting the students comprehensive development.
