摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在改进消毒供应中心(CSSD)工作质量的应用和效果。方法在CSSD采用PDCA管理方法,将器械清洗、包装合格率、手术器械包湿包发生率、临床科室满意度作为评价指标,对实施PDCA前后的结果进行比较分析。结果 PDCA实施前后的各项指标经统计学处理,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CSSD应用PDCA循环,能有效提高器械清洗、包装合格率,手术器械包湿包发生率,能显著提高消毒供应中心的工作质量。
Objective To explore the application and effects of PDCA circle theory in the management of improving the working quality in the Central Sterile Supply Department （CSSD）. Methods Applied PDCA circle theory in CSSD. Results The instrument cleaning rate, the instrument correctly packing rate, the wet pack rate of surgical instrument, and the satisfaction of front line working staff before and after intervention were analyzed, and significant differences were found （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of PDCA circle theory can improve the instrument cleaning rate, the instrument correctly packing rate, the wet pack rate of surgical instrument, the satisfaction of front line working staff, and can improve the working quality in CSSD effectively.
