摘要
为提高太阳能热水系统的输出温度,将CPC聚光技术应用于热管式真空集热管中,开发了一种新型的CPC内聚光式热管集热管。对该集热管建立数学模型,模拟计算其传热过程,获得了导热肋片温度、热管冷凝段温度等参数随太阳辐射强度的变化规律,并通过试验验证了数学模型的可靠性;与常规热管式真空管集热管传热特性相对比,证实了该集热管可大幅提高太阳能热水器输出温度。
In order to improve the output temperature of the solar hot water system, a new heat pipe with internal CPC is developed with CPC concentrating technology applying to the heat pipe evacuated tubes. Heat transfer perform- ance of the heat pipe solar collector with internal CPC is researched and the thermal efficiency calculation equations of the collector are given by the mathematical model and the simulation of heat transfer process. The temperature of heat trans- fer fins and heat pipe condensing section change with the intensity of solar radiation are obtained. Reliability of the mathe- matical model is verified by test. Finally, it proves that the output temperature of the CPC internal condensing heat pipe collector tube can be significantly improved comparing with the heat transfer characteristics of conventional heat pipe evac- uated tube.
