本文介绍循环床沸腾炉物料循环系统的试验研究.提出了循环系数的设计方法、研究了U阈的阻力特性和气固比特性等.给出了U阀的简化模型,为系统的设计提供了基础.本文首次明确地将立管和阀分开来研究,充气点以定义为立管.充气点以下定义为阀.这样处理使问题得以简化.便于工程应用.
An experimental study on soild circulation systems of circulating fluidized bed boilers is presented together with a description of the design method for the circulation system, pressure drop characteristics and gas-soild mass ratio of the U-valve, as well as a simplified physical model of the latter which provides a basis for the system design. In the paper, the authors for the first time distinguishes the standpipe from the valve in their studies. The part above the aeration point is defined as the standpipe and the part beneath as the valve. This simplifies calculations and facilitates engineering application. 10 figs, 1 table and 5 refs.
