摘要
煤在炉膛内燃烧时,容易引起局部弱还原性气氛,促使灰的熔点降低,造成炉膛结渣,本文主要论述煤在弱还原气氛中的不同温度下加热时,煤中矿物质的物相变化过程,讨论了在弱还原性气氛下煤中矿物质的特性,找出了引起炉膛结渣的矿物组分.
A local weak reducing atmoshpere is readily produced when coal is burning in a furnace, which may spur the fusion temperature of ash to drop and thereby cause slagging. The state variation process and characteristics of minerals in coal when heated up at different temperatures in a weak reducing atmosphere is the main topic discussed.Compositions of minerals that may cause slagging are found. The conclusion is drawn that coal with an high irion conten tends to form slag in a weak reducing atmosphere.
