摘要
为减小井下隐蔽火源治理工作的盲目性,提高治理工作的针对性和有效性,基于管理学中的PDCA循环,结合煤矿实际情况,建立适用于隐蔽火源点治理工作管理的PDCA循环模型。此循环包括火源治理方案的制定、执行、效果评价和改进,其中,治理效果可由模糊综合评价法M(.,+)模型进行定量评价,方案改进可通过事故树分析法(FTA)找出途径。结果表明:火源治理效果根据评价结果 E值的不同可分为"好"、"中"、"差"3级,当评价结果为"差"时可根据事故树的17个最小割集,逐一找出原因并提出改进措施。
In order to reduce blindness in work of eliminating concealed fire sources in the pit and improve its pertinence and effectiveness,a PDCA cycle-based model was built for managing work of eliminating the sources.This PDCA cycle consisted of fire source eliminating scheme’s formulation,implementation,effect evaluation,and improvement.The effect can be evaluated by using the weighted average model M(·,+) model.Ways to improve the scheme can be found by using the method of FTA.The model was used to manage work of eliminating concealed fire sources in a certain coal mine in Anhui,China.The results show that the strategy to manage the work is effective.
