摘要
现代农业企业是农业产业化的主体力量。受多重因素影响,农业企业的财务管理普遍存在管理不规范、成本管理弱化、人员素质偏低等问题,迫切需要进行财务管理创新。农业企业财务管理创新要从加强财务人员培训教育入手,推进财务管理的信息化、网络化和预警系统建设,突出柔性管理,逐步培育具有特色的优秀财务管理文化。
Modern agricultural enterprises are the main force of the industrialization of agriculture. Affected by multiple factors,financial management of agricultural enterprises widespread weakening manage- ment is not standard, cost management, the personnel quality is low,Urgent need for financial management innovation.
