摘要
本文通过大量的循环床锅炉热工计算的结果,系统地分析讨论了大容量循环床锅炉的设计中的主要问题.得到循环倍率、分离器工作温度等对锅炉热量分配和整体布置的影响.同时还分析讨论了分离器型式、飞灰磨损和物料循环的设计原则.文中最后提出国产50MW(e)循环床锅炉选型的建议.
The main design problems of large circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers are systematically discussed with a large amount of thermal calculation results. The relationships between solid circulation rate, operating temperature of the solid separator and the heat distribution are obtained for a CFB boiler, which could severely influence boiler layout. The design principles of solid separator models and circulation systems, as well as the effects of errosion caused by flyash particels on the heating surfaces are discussed at the same time. A model-selection for 50MW (e)domestic CFB boiler is proposed as a conclusion. 10 figs, 1 table and 5 refs.
