Optimizing ultrasonic-assisted extraction of saponins from Coreopsis tinctoria by response surface methodology

摘要 以昆仑雪菊为原料,对超声辅助提取昆仑雪菊皂苷的工艺进行优化研究。利用Box-Behnken的中心组合设计原理及响应面法(RSM)分析建立二次回归模型,对水料比、提取时间和提取温度3因素进行优化组合。确定超声辅助提取昆仑雪菊皂苷的最佳工艺条件为水料比21∶1(mL∶g)、超声温度61℃、超声时间29min,在该最佳工艺条件下,雪菊皂苷的提取率为7.57%。 Saponins in Coreopsis tinctoria were extracted with distilled water under the assistance of ultrasonic, and the extraction process was optimized by using response surface analysis based on Box-Behnken design to examine the effects of extraction conditions including liquid-to-material ratio, length of ultrasonic treatment time and extraction temperature on saponins yield, which were reflected by a quadratic regression model. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were: material-to-liquid ratio 1:21 (g:mL), ultrasonic treatment time 29min and extraction temperature 61 ℃. Under these conditions, the saponins yield was 7.57%.
