摘要
以不同规格的1龄马氏珠母贝为材料,实验开始后15min测量每个个体的耗氧率,然后每15min测量一次,直至第120min.统计分析结果表明:马氏珠母贝的个体耗氧率逐渐降低,呈先快后慢下降的特点;个体耗氧率与总体重和内脏团干重之间均呈显著正相关关系;马氏珠母贝的内脏团干重(W)与内脏团单位干重耗氧率(Ro)呈负相关,可以用R0=aW-b表示,a值为2.4079-1.1856,b值则为0.1354-0.3743,表明马氏珠母贝个体规格越小,内脏团单位干重耗氧率越高.
One year old pearl oyster, Pinctada fucata martensii, was used to reveal the relationship between weight and oxygen consumption rate. Oxygen consumption rate was checked every 15 minutes for each individual until 120 minutes. The results showed that oxygen consumption rate was decreased gradually, fast earlier and slow later. There were positive correlations between individual oxygen consumption rate and total and dry weight of visceral mass. Moreover, there was a negative correlation between dry weight of visceral mass (W) and oxygen consumption rate of per unit dry weight of visceral mass (R0 ). This ( a, from 2. 4079 to 1. 1856 ; b, from 0. 1354 to 0.3743). The result relationship can be denoted as R0 = aW^-b suggested the smaller of the individual, the higher of oxygen consumption rate per unit dry weight of visceral mass.
