摘要
[目的]筛选防治大连地区桃褐腐病的有效药剂。[方法]用菌丝生长速率法测定了70%甲基硫菌灵WP、250 g/L嘧菌酯SC、400 g/L克菌·戊唑醇SC及80%克菌丹WG与430 g/L戊唑醇SC(质量比5∶1)混剂对桃褐腐病菌室内抑制作用,并进行了田间药效试验,质量浓度分别为875、167、400、800、143 mg a.i./L。[结果]4种杀菌剂对该菌的EC50值分别为0.35、111.63、0.72、0.25 mg a.i./L;田间防效分别为86.51%、88.44%、70.51%和68.78%。[结论]甲基硫菌灵、复配杀菌剂克菌·戊唑醇对大连地区桃褐腐病菌具有较强毒力,可作为常规药剂与其他杀菌剂交替使用。
[Aims] The study aims to evaluate the control effect of several fungicides on the peach brown rot in Dalian. [Methods] Mycelium growth method was used to measure and compare the toxicities of thiophanate-methyl 70% WP, azoxystrobin 250 g/L SC, Tebu-C 400 g/L SC and the mixtures of captan 80% WG and tebuconazole 430 g/L SC with ratios of 5 : 1 to Monilinia, meanwhile, the field control were conducted as well. [Results] The ECs0 values of 4 fungicides were 0.35, 111.63, 0.72 and 0.25 mg a.i./L respectively. Four fungicides showed good control effect to the peach brown rot in field trial, with 86.51, 88.44, 70.51 and 68.78%, respectively at the concentration of 875, 167, 400, 800 and 143 mg a.i./L, respectively. [Conclusions] Thiophanate-methyl 70% WP and captan 80% WG display better controlon peach brown rot in Dalian, they can be applied alternately with other fungicides.
