摘要
[方法]采用生物测定法,分别测定了氟醚菌酰胺和5种常用药剂对辣椒疫霉不同子实体的毒力。[结果]氟醚菌酰胺对辣椒疫霉3种子实体的毒力与烯酰吗啉和氟吗啉相近;氟醚菌酰胺对孢子萌发的EC50值为0.666 mg/L,高于氟吡菌胺;对菌丝生长和孢子囊释放的EC50值分别为3.023、0.529 mg/L,低于氟吡菌胺;嘧菌酯和甲霜灵的抑制毒力均较低。[结论]氟醚菌酰胺对辣椒疫霉杀菌活性较高,开发应用价值大。
[Methods] The study aims to explore the toxicity of LH-2010A against Phytophthora capsici's different fruiting bodies. Bioassay method was adopted to determine the toxicity of LH-2010A and five common fungicides against P. capsici's different fruiting bodies. [Results] There was no significant difference among LH-2010A, dimethomorph and flumorph in the toxicity to P. capsici's different fruiting bodies. LH-2010A had higher toxicity than fluopicolide against zoospore germination with ECs0 of 0.666 mg/L, and compared with fluopicolide, LH-2010A showed lower toxicity against mycelia growth and sporangium formation with ECs0 of 3.023 and 0.529 mg/L, respectively. Azoxystrobinand metalaxyl both had low toxicity against P. capsici different fruiting bodies. [Conclusions] LH-2010A can effectively inhibit P. capsici, and has great development and application value.
