摘要
[目的]寻找高活性的吡唑乙酰胺类化合物并进行先导结构优化。[方法]通过变换N-苄基吡唑酰胺结构中亚甲基的位置,设计合成一类1-苯基-1H-吡唑乙酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成了15个新颖的3,5-二甲基-1-苯基-1H-吡唑乙酰胺类化合物,结构经过1H NMR和MS确证。[结论]杀虫测试结果表明:部分化合物在500 mg/L下对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)表现出良好的致死率,但是未表现出对蚕豆蚜(Aphis craccivora)和黏虫(Leucania separata Walker)的杀虫活性。
[Aims] The purpose of this article is to search for novel pyrazol acetamides with high insecticidal activities and then to carry out optimization around the lead structure. [Methods] A series of novel (1-phenyl-lH-pyrazol-4-yl)- acetamides were designed and synthesized according to change the position of the methylene group in the N-benzyl pyrazolecarboxamide moiety. [Results] Fifteen novel (3,5-dimethyl-l-phenyl-lH-pyrazol-4-yl)-acetamides were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by ;H NMR and MS. [Conclusions] Their insecticidal activities against Tetranychus cinnabarinus indicated that some of the compounds showed favorable activities at the tested concentration, while all the compounds showed no activity against bean aphid and armyworm.
