摘要
外资的全面进入对我国的民族品牌形成了巨大的压力和严峻的挑战。本文从合资过程中民族品牌大量流失的现状入手,剖析了与外商合资过程中民族品牌流失的原因,对如何防止民族品牌的流失提出了一系列对策。
Foreign capital's entry to our country imposes great pressure and grim challenge on national brands. This paper analyzes the reasons for national brands' dropping out during jointing capital process and puts forward a series of countermeasures about how to prevent national brands from dropping out after research on the current situation of national brands.
