摘要
科龙集团自创业以来，技术创新与制度创新互动，共同促使其竞争能力的不断提高，而有关政府部门的扶植，团结奋斗、结构合理的企业家群体，以及其“创业文化”都是技术创新与制度创新互动的重要环境条件。
Kelon group make use of technological and systematic innovation and its competitive capability is raised in- creasingly since the group was founded. United struggle, reasonable structure of entrepreneurs and 'creation culture' are important condition of the interaction between technological and systematic innovation.
