NF-kappaB、IL-6和MicroRNA通路在感染性早产中的新进展 被引量：2

摘要 早产（pretermbirth，PTB）是指妊娠满28周不足37周的分娩，是妊娠期最常见的并发症之一。早产占分娩总数的5％～10％，是导致围生儿发病率和死亡率升高的最主要因素，给家庭和社会带来了巨大的经济负担。在美国，早产儿死亡占新生儿死亡总数的75％，而存活下来的早产儿多遗留各个系统的后遗症（如脑瘫、慢性肺部疾病、神经肌肉损害及视力和听力障碍等）。尽管早产的相关研究从未中断，但由于机制不清，
