摘要
目的全面调查广西各级中医医院的医院感染管理工作现状,为持续改进提供科学依据。方法采用统一培训和现场问卷调查法,对广西89所中医医院的医院感染管理组织、制度、专职人员队伍建设及医院感染知识培训等现况进行调查。结果调查89所中医医院中三级中医医院14所、二级中医医院47所、未评等级中医医院28所;89所医院多数建立了相应的医院感染管理组织和制度;医院感染管理专(兼)职人员共135人,专职人员占61.5%,护理人员占68.2%,本科及以上学历占31.8%,专科学历占68.2%,中级职称占73.3%,高级职称在三级、二级、未评等级中医医院的比例分别为40.5%、6.4%、0;89.9%的医院每年开展医院感染知识全员培训,65.2%医院的医院感染管理人员每年能参加省级以上培训。结论广西大多数中医医院的医院感染管理组织及制度健全,但专职人员配备不足,人员素质偏低,不同等级医院存在较大差异,需进一步加强医院感染管理队伍建设,提高医院感染管理水平,缩小地区等级差异。
OBJECTIVE To conduct a full-scale survey of current status of nosocomial infection control in different grades of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals so as to provide scientific basis for continuous improvement. METHODS By means of unified training and on-site questionnaire survey, the organization, system, construction of the dedicated staff team, and knowledge training of nosocomial infections of 89 traditional Chinese hospitals in Guangxi were investigated. RESULTS A total of 89 hospitals were investigated, including 14 three A hospitals, 47 two A hospitals, and 28 hospitals with the grade unknowns the majority of the hospitals have established the corresponding infection control systems s there were 135 full-time （part-time） infection control staff, among which the full-time staff accounted for 61.5~, the nursing staff accounted for 68. 2%s among the staff investigated, 31.8%//00 had the college degree, 73.3% had the intermediate titless the proportion of the staff with senior titles was 40.5% in the three A hospitals, 6.4% in the two A hospitals, 0 in the hospitals with the grade unknown＋ 89.9% of the hospitals investigated conducted the knowledge training of nosocomial infections each years the nosocomial infection control personnel of 65. 2~ of the hospitals could participate the above provincial level training. CONCLUSION Most of the traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Guangxi have sound organization and systems of infection control, hut full-time personnel are insufficient, and the personnel quality is low, varying significantly in different levels of hospitals. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of nosocomial infection control team and improve the level of nosocomial infection control so as to narrow the regional difference.
