摘要
以新疆哈密钾长石为主要原料,经过水热法合成了13X分子筛。采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、Raman、BET等测试方法表征合成的13X分子筛的微观结构。以ZnO为光催化剂,研究13X分子筛的催化性能。研究表明当晶化时间为8h,合成的13X分子筛具有较好的结构。BET结果表明其孔径为1.288nm,比表面积为271.6m2/g,吸油值是2.235mL/g,静态水吸附量是0.2662g/g,表明其吸附性能良好。光催化性能研究结果表明,13X分子筛明显提高了ZnO的光催化性能。
With potassium feldspar from Hami as major materi- al, 13X molecular sieve was synthesized from the hydrothermal synthesizing procedure. The microstructure of 13X molecular sieve was characterized by XRD, SEM, FT-IR, Raman, BET, respectively. ZnO as photocatalyst was applied to study catalytic performance of 13X molecular sieve. The results showed that when the crystallization time of 13X molecular sieve was 8 hrs, the synthesized 13X molecular sieve had good structure. BET showed that the pore size of 13X molecular sieves was 1. 288 nm , the specific surface area 271.6 m2/g, the optimum oil absorp- tion value 2. 235 mL/g and the static,water adsorption amount 0. 2662 g/g with the desirable absorption property. Photocatalyt- ic properties showed that 13X molecular sieve significantly im- proved the photocatalytic properties of ZnO.
